When using a professional microphone on stage or in the studio, the Engineer needs to have control from the mixing desk. If a mic ON / OFF switch position is changed without the Engineers knowledge, it can lead to big problems!

The DM5.0Pro solves this problem. It has no switch. With an “all-black” design, the DM5.0Pro is discrete on-stage and does not detract from the performance.

DM5.0Pro uses the same great sounding capsule from the DM5.0s. It also uses the same great road-ready construction as the DM5.0s but, without the potential confusion which can be caused by a switch.

The versatile dynamic DM series mic capsule makes a mic that is great for any occasion. 

Drums, guitars, brass and vocals – a DM mic does the job! In addition it is made to cut through the mix for detailed live vocal performance. High SPL capabilities combined with a super cardioid pickup pattern means the microphone can produce high gain before feedback and a high signal to noise ratio.

The DM series also feature an on/off switch (excluding DM5.0Pro) which has been specifically designed to ensure silent switching during performance.

OFF AXIS REJECTION

DM mics have been designed for on stage applications where ‘off axis’ rejection is a big advantage.   More input with less risk of feedback.
